Integrate subscription payment page in dashboard.

FE team has changed some UI in dashboard(Subscription section).
In dashboard, Need to integrate the subscription index and payment page.
The file is in seller/plan/index.blade.php and payment.blade.php.

1.New UI is implemented in the subscription page.
a)If I click switch to this plan button it will show the contact page  as shown in second image.
b)If I click see invoice details button (in current details) it will show the invoice details page as shown in third image. Integrate this new subscription page

Subscription Payment page UI is same. But the pricing differs for India and US.
